Missioned Souls, a group of children from Cebu City, have returned with a cover of Deep Purple’s Highway Star, showcasing their improved skills and musical talent.
The band consists of four siblings: Stacey (12) on vocals and rhythm guitar, Neisha (14) on lead guitar, Naces (16) on bass, and Ice (11) on drums, with their father Secan overseeing the sound.
The group has been actively uploading covers of various artists since the beginning of the year, including songs by Evanescence, Paramore, The Beatles, and more, demonstrating their versatility and dedication to music.
Missioned Souls’ mission is to promote family unity and spread joy through music, and the band says, “We are a family commissioned to propagate the importance of family unity by showing love and respect to each family member and for one another.”
