Legendary punk band The Sex Pistols is embarking on its first North American tour in over 20 years.
The band’s 2025 lineup includes original members Steve Jones, Paul Cook, and Glen Matlock, along with frontman Frank Carter.
Original lead singer Johnny Rotten, aka John Lydon, will not be involved.
The band will perform their 1977 album “Never Mind the Bollocks, Here’s the Sex Pistols” in its entirety, along with other material.
The tour will make a stop on October 15th at the Warfield in San Francisco. Tickets go on sale to the general public on April 4th.
Carter said “I think everybody needs this band right now. I think the world needs this band right now.”
