Aerosmith bassist Tom Hamilton has a new band, and it made its live debut over the weekend.
Close Enemies features Hamilton and his longtime bass tech Trace Foster, along with Sheryl Crow guitarist Peter Stroud, former Rod Stewart drummer Tony Brock, and lead singer Chasen Hampton.
They played their first live show at Eastside Bowl in Nashville, TN on Friday.
Hamilton says the band already has “a bunch of good songs recorded” and will release one “soon”.
Hamilton’s main band, Aerosmith, recently announced their retirement due to frontman Stephen Tyler’s vocal cord issues.
