Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour released his new solo album Luck and Strange on Friday.
The record is a family affair – Gilmour’s wife Polly Samson co-wrote many of the songs, and their children also contributed vocals, lyrics, and harp.
The record also includes keyboard parts from late Pink Floyd keyboardist Richard Wright, taken from a 2007 jam session.
He’ll be playing a small number of live dates in the fall, including shows in L.A. and New York.
