Jimmy Kimmel has once again been tapped to host Metallica’s Helping Hands Concert and Auction.
That’s the word from the band, which on Monday also revealed the charity event – which is returning after a year off — is set for December 13th at L.A.’s YouTube Theater. As always, the money raised at the event will benefit Metallica’s All Within My Hands Foundation, which supports workforce education, the fight against hunger, disaster relief, and other causes.
The last Helping Hands Concert and Auction, held in 2022, featured appearances by Greta Van Fleet, St. Vincent, Tom Morello, Robert Downey Jr., Tony Hawk, and more. It raised more than $3 million for the charity.
