Mötley Crüe Shares Behind-the-Scenes Tour Video

Mötley Crüe is sharing another video from their world tour with Def Leppard.

The band posted clips from their second show in Germany with Def Leppard yesterday.

They did 16 songs, kicking off with “Girls, Girls, Girls” and then doing tunes from eight albums before wrapping up with “Kickstart My Heart.”

Mötley Crüe also shared a video of the opening night in Sheffield. Check out the video below.

Earlier this month, bassist Nikki Sixx confirmed Mötley Crüe finished recording their tracks for the band’s next album.

“The new Motley Crue songs are 100% officially done and ready for the mix,” Sixx wrote.

The band does not appear to be recording with Mick Mars, most likely due to his ongoing lawsuit. Mars is suing his Crüe bandmates, claiming the band dropped Mars’ touring profits cut from 25% to just 5% after he stepped away from touring due to health issues. Mars also claims to have been booted from the band’s various corporate concerns.

Mötley Crüe – or at least their lawyer – responded to Mick Mars’ lawsuit against the band, calling the lawsuit “Unfortunate and completely off-base”, and said the band “Did not owe Mick anything” but still offered him a “Generous compensation package”.

Nikki Sixx, Mötley Crüe co-founder, tweeted, “Sad day for us and we don’t deserve this considering how many years we’ve been propping him up-We still wish him the best and hope he [finds] lawyers and managers who aren’t damaging him.”
