We have sad news to report, Rosalynn Carter, the former first lady of the United States and wife of former President Jimmy Carter, has dementia. The Carter Center announced the 95 year-old will continue to live happily at home with her husband. And thanks to our connections, we are the only place to have an official statement from Rosalynn.
