Vicky Cornell, widow of late Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell, posted a heartfelt tribute to her husband last Sunday, on what would have been their 18th wedding anniversary.
Along with a series of wedding and family photos, Vicky wrote: “It is a bittersweet day, it always is, but today even more so as it is falls on Mother’s Day.” She added “My love for you will never fade or change- and today me and your babies thank our lucky stars you were ours.“
Vicky is currently locked in a series of legal battles with the remaining members of Soundgarden over the rights to the final recordings made by Chris before his death in 2017.
