Axl Rose is thanking fans for all the support after losing his beloved cat Dexter earlier this week.

Earlier this week, Axl shared the news that his 14-year-old tabby Dexter Maranello Rose had died.

On Saturday, Rose said he was grateful for “all the kind words n’ support” and thanked “all the animal lovers who shared their stories of losing a friend/family member.”

If you were famous, what kind of pet would you have?
