The neverending Beatles-vs-Stones debate got some fresh material this month – thanks to a little sniping between Paul McCartney and Mick Jagger.

It started when McCartney called the Rolling Stones “a blues cover band” in an interview with the New Yorker.

Jagger responded to McCartney’s jab over the weekend – in front of a sold-out crowd at L.A.’s SoFi Stadium.
