When the members of Styx celebrate their 50th anniversary onstage in Las Vegas, they’re not going to do it alone.

Heart’s Nancy Wilson has agreed to join Styx for their five-night engagement at the Venetian Resort, the band announced Tuesday. According to a press release issued by the Venetian, the series of shows will “pay tribute to both Styx’s and Wilson’s combined 50 years as one of the most successful rock and roll bands in history and one of rock’s most illustrious guitar legends.”

Tickets for the shows — which will be staged January 28th and 29th, and February 2nd, 4th and 5th — are set to go on sale this Friday.

Would Styx be able to fill the Venetian theater without having Nancy Wilson on the bill?
