Chasta talks Upcoming Trans-Siberian Orchestra Holiday Show with TSO Guitarist Al Pitrelli

Chasta talks to Al Pitrelli of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, who is also known for his work with Megadeth and Alice Cooper, to talk about COVID, remote concerts and much more.

Over the last year and a half, artist around the world over have found ways to adapt to the new world that COVID has formed. Pitrelli says even being a well-known artist doesnt make it any easier.
In the absense of in-person concerts the Trans-Siberian Orchestra (TSO) started streaming their holiday show and was overwhelmed by the support. Petrelli says over 250,000 people tunned into their stream last year.
Though he admits that even in the beginning he was starting to feel like the Steely Dan of Christmas. However, over time TSO has grown into so much more. Starting out with only two tour buses and a fog machine, now the group has donated millions of dollars from the sales of their holidays shows.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of the now holiday classic. The Trans-Siberian Orchestra will rock the SAP Center on Wednesday, December 1st, 2021
