Composer Danny Elfman has teamed up with Nine Inch Nails’ Trent Reznor for a new version of his song “True”. Elfman – famous for his movie soundtracks and compositions like the Simpsons theme song – admits he typically works alone, calling it “the first duet/collaboration I’ve ever done in my life”.

Both men are rock-stars-turned-film-composers: Elfman fronted Oingo Boingo in the 80’s before moving into soundtracks, while Reznor has won two Oscars for his work on films like The Social Network and Soul.
