Ringo Starr has dropped a legal fight against the makers of a sex toy called the ‘Ring O’. Starr’s attorneys had filed the suit in 2019, arguing it was damaging to Ringo’s “name, likeness and brand” and that customers would think he was in the sex toy business.

As part of the agreement, the makers of ‘Ring O’ must keep the space between ‘Ring’ and ‘O’ and ‘avoid any activity likely to lead to confusion’.

Should Ringo have asked for a cut of the ‘Ring O’ sales?
