The Foo Fighters, Jay-Z, Tina Turner, and three others will be enshrined in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame later this year. The Hall announced the full 2021 class on Wednesday, which also includes the Go-Go’s, Todd Rundgren, and Carole King, and will be held October 30th at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland.

Previous inductees include The Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl was inducted in 2014 as part of Nirvana, Tina Turner was inducted in 1991 as part of Ike & Tina and Carole King was honored as a songwriter in 1990.
The Hall will also honor rapper LL Cool J, ‘fifth Beatle’ keyboardist Billy Preston, and Ozzy Osbourne guitarist Randy Rhoads with the Musical Excellence Award. Electronic pioneers Kraftwerk, jazz great Gil Scott Heron, and blues legend Charley Patton will receive the Early Influence Award. Finally, pioneering black record executive and film producer Clarence Avant will be honored with the Ahmet Ertegun Award for music industry professionals.
Some of the artists who didn’t make the cut this year include Iron Maiden, Rage Against The Machine, Devo, and Mary J. Blige.
