Are you into coffee or tea? Or maybe you’re not really a hot beverage kind of person? Well, The Muddy Waters Coffee Company, based in McKinleyville, CA, has just released a new blend of coffee from a collaboration with Metallica guitarist Kirk Hammett! Kirk is a fan of their products and had his people reach out to the coffee company to see about working together. The owner agreed, and from it came the “Greeny Blues” blend, in honor of Kirk’s famous 1959 Les Paul guitar named “Greeny,” which was named after Fleetwood Mac’s Peter Green.

Who knew Kirk was so into coffee! But it’s true, he loves a dark roast the most, and the final recipe for “Greeny Blues” was made from a combination of Indonesian and African beans. The new blend is only available online currently but is expected to be out in stores in the next three to six months. Check out the full article from here.
