Dave Grohl Asks 10-Year Old Drummer Nandi Bushell to Write a Song With Him

We’ve mentioned Nandi Bushell before, the 10-year old drummer from England, who’s on track to be one of the best drummers on the planet! She covers her favorite songs, many of them being classic rock, and is so good that some of the biggest names in music have reached out to say hello, and acknowledge her skills! She and Dave Grohl went back and forth a few times during their drum-off, and the most recent interaction is even more epic. Dave Grohl asked Nandi if she wanted to co-write a song with him, and she of course accepted!

“I can’t believe I’m talking to you, I feel like I’m meeting a Beatle” Grohl says during their conversation, which you can watch above on YouTube.

The plan for the song they’re writing together is to eventually play it on stage in the UK, once the Foo Fighters start touring again and the music industry gets back to normal. Check out the full story here.
