Joe Walsh from the Eagles has put together a stellar lineup for VetsAid 2020: Home for the Holidays, a virtual music festival taking place on Saturday, December 12th, that will raise money for Veterans groups all over the country. Walsh had originally intended for the concert to be in-person but obviously had to change course over the past few months. “Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and pursuant national health crisis, I am sad to announce that VetsAid 2020 will not be moving forward as alive and in-person event this Veterans Day weekend,” Walsh reported, but later added that he would create a “virtual event this holiday season that our fans can enjoy from the safety and comfort of their homes.”
So far the concert will feature James Hetfield, Eddie Vedder, Willie Nelson, Daryl Hall, Steve Van Zandt, Jon Bon Jovi, Alice Cooper, comedian Drew Carey, and many more. The event will feature new performances and clips from past performances. Tickets go on sale Wednesday, November 18th, at 9 am PT, and you can click here for more info.
