Alice Cooper Drops A Cover Of Velvet Underground’s “Rock & Roll”

Alice Cooper just dropped a new cover of the Velvet Underground classic “Rock & Roll”. For the recording, Cooper recruited legendary Detroit guitarist Steve Hunter – who has worked with both Cooper and Velvet Underground frontman Lou Reed – along with his Hollywood Vampires bandmate Tony Henriksen and blues guitar whiz Joe Bonamassa. It’s the first single from Cooper’s upcoming album Detroit Stories, which pays tribute to the legendary Detroit rock scene where Cooper got his start.
