Need a reason to move to Canada? Here’s some good news from our neighbors up north – well, decent news, at least for Taco Bell fans who live up that way.

The popular fast-food chain announced it will be selling its first custom wine, “Jalapeno Noir”, as part of a new product plan. The red wine will feature hints of strawberry and cherry, and patrons will be encouraged to pair it with their newest cheesy menu items like the Toasted Cheesy Chalupa (in select Canadian locations), and the Grilled Cheese Burrito. “The rich taste and crunchy texture of the beloved Toasted Cheesy Chalupa complement notes of wild strawberry, cherry, and beetroot in this silky red wine,” says Taco Bell’s Director of Brand Marketing, and adds, “wine and cheese are simply meant to be together, so launching a new wine to go with the crave-able, cheddar-y Toasted Cheesy Chalupa made perfect sense.” The price will be around $19 per bottle.  Get the full story here.
