The Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs announced regrettably today that all permitted special events are canceled through Labor Day – including Lollapalooza. With health and safety for all in mind plans have transitioned to a week-long virtual event from July 30 – August 2, 2020, to “bring Chicago, the world, together around our common bond of community, civic engagement, and of course, live music.”

The festival plans to deliver a spectacular 30th Anniversary celebration 2021. Read the full statement here”
