After it was announced that the San Francisco 49ers would not be bringing back wide receiver Randy Moss, many-wondered what the future held for the 14-year veteran.

CBS Sports' Mike Freeman writes that there's still an uncertainty regarding the 36-year-old. Moss has been silent since the Super Bowl ended, and the only news we've really got from him was when he thanked the Niners for his time with the franchise on Twitter.

Freeman reports that some NFL teams are interested in Moss, as some would want him as a contributor or as a starter. Right now, we don't know what is in Moss' mind, but I think he should play another season due to the interest teams are giving him.

He had 28 catches for 434 yards and three touchdowns in a contributing role with San Francisco last season. The future Hall-of-Famer has 982 catches for 15,292 yards and 156 touchdowns for his career.
