Time to put your Guitar Hero® skills to the ultimate test: This isn't your living room couch, it's the real deal!
Two worthy Boneheads will perform, playing Guitar Hero®: Aerosmith® on the stage as the opening act before ZZ Top storms the stage. One winner from the Aerosmith fanclub, AeroForce One, and one from the 107.7 The Bone Guitar Hero Contest will be chosen.
If that taste of rock stardom weren't rewarding enough, the winner will also receive two (2) tickets to the show, a Guitar Hero: Aerosmith game pack and a personal congrats from Steven Tyler and Joe Perry before the show! (This is for the winner only, not their guest...we gotta have "Guitar Heroes Only" backstage after all!)
Your moment of glory will also be captured on video and posted to AeroForceone.com and the Aerosmith YouTube channel -let your friends try to top that!
If you think you can rule Guitar Hero: Aerosmith, here's what you gotta do to become rock lore in Concord at Bone Bash X:
1. Create a video of you playing killer air guitar using the Guitar Hero controller OR shredding a wicked session of Guitar Hero: Aerosmith. If you use music in your submission, you can only submit using these songs: Make It, Uncle Salty, Draw The Line, No Surprize, Moving Out, Sweet Emotion, Nobody’s Fault, Bright Light Fright, Back in the Saddle, Dream On, Mama Kin, Toys In The Attic, Combination, Let the Music Do the Talking, Mercy, Pandora’s Box, Rats in the Cellar, Shakin My Cage, Talk Talking, Walk This Way.
2. Upload your video to YouTube and e-mail the link to rock@thebone.net
IMPORTANT!- YOU MUST TAG YOUR VIDEO as follows- "AerosmithOpeningAct" (one word, no spaces) AND another tag with "Concord".
3. Subscribe to Aerosmith's Official YouTube Channel at www.youtube.com/theofficialaerosmith. The contest videos will be updated on a weekly basis- check back one week after submitting to make sure your video is posted! If it's not there, double check that you tagged it correctly. If you entered everything correctly, email contests@aeroforceone.com with a link to your YouTube video contest entry, show date and location, your last name and e-mail address.
4. AeroForce One and 107.7 The Bone will each pick one winner to open the stage at Bone Bash X at Concord Pavilion on August 19th! (Hint: To get the most views, make sure your vid is crazy, cool, rockin', funny, creative or insane - within the letter of the law, of course). Video will be picked based on the best combination of creativity, skill and star power.
5. Runner-ups will be chosen based on the most video comments and/or creativity and will receive a Guitar Hero game pack and a pair of tickets to Bone Bash X on August 19th at Sleep Train Pavilion in Concord.
6. Winners will be informed on a rolling basis two (2) weeks before each show. Make sure to sign up for AeroForce One's official email newsletter to stay up on the leaders!
